Will brings over a decade of experience building and leading businesses in the Oil & Gas and Heavy Civil Construction sectors. With a strong focus on our people and systems, Will is responsible for the growth and direction of Sage Creek as well as building and maintaining relationships with our team, our clients, local First Nations, communities, suppliers and contractors.

John Steward, HSE Manager

John is an HSE professional with over thirty years of experience in building and implementing health and safety systems in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. John is an excellent communicator ensuring “Big Picture” implementation of key management, health, safety and environmental processes. Robust interpersonal skills are brought to bear on teams, clients, and community interactions, enabling others to excel in reaching their goals.

Kaitlyn brings with her a diverse background is Oil & Gas. With over 15 years of time spent in both the field and in the office, she provides expertise in streamlining operations, driving process improvements, and delivering cost savings. With a proven track record of success in developing strategic plans, fiscal oversight, and human resource management. Kaitlyn’s attention to detail and critical thinking are a few of her most valuable attributes.

Rob Mycock, construction Manager

Rob has over twenty years of experience successfully managing and supervising projects in the oil and gas industry. The knowledge Rob has gained allows him to multitask in an industry where health, safety, and technological advancements are rapidly increasing, and deadlines are crucial. One of Rob’s strongest attributes would be building and maintaining a safe, productive team and work environment.

Anderson Nuttall, qaqc Manager

Anderson brings over 15 years of versatile experience in construction and pipeline projects, seamlessly navigated roles spanning fieldwork, supervision, and management. From small-scale projects to mega undertakings, he prioritized cultivating a culture of safety, upholding top-tier quality, and optimizing operational efficiency. Additionally, he is passionate about sharing his expertise through teaching adult trade education, contributing to the growth and development of the next generation in the field.
